About Noelle

I decided to become a pastor as a New Yorker after 9/11. I wanted to give my life to the hope that only God can provide. I was raised in the Midwest and married by college sweetheart. As a busy mom of three boys today, I believe we don't have to live with full schedules and thin souls. I'm passionate about making faith fresh and relevant.

After graduating from Northwestern University and Princeton Seminary, I became an ordained Presbyterian pastor and have served for fifteen years in church and hospital ministry. I have written for places like the TODAY Show Parenting Team, Huff Post Parents, Crosswalk, iBelieve, and (in)courage. My faith and family cable television show, "Chaos to Calm," features parenting hot topics and has hosted five New York Times bestselling authors and two Emmy Award-winning journalists. You can watch my episodes or sermons, read my articles, sign up for my free devotional e-book, and learn about my first book here.

I love sipping green tea while writing, spending time with friends and family, and doing yoga—after three kids, my body needs the stretching!

I'd love to connect with you! Be sure to find me on InstagramTwitter and Facebook.

  1. It's great to meet you Noelle. I am married to a UMC pastor, and used to serve as Christian Ed Director in a Presbyterian Church. God bless your writing and your ministry.
